Chapter 14 was about fallacies. Having the ability to identify fallacies will help you defend yourself. You can easily identify a all natural fallacy in a product by breaking it in half. This chapter was also giving a brief definition of each type of fallacy. Complex cause stood out the most to me because it has more than one cause but only one is blamed.
I learned about a fallacy called misinterpreting the evidence. This fallacy made me compare news reporters to it because they misinterpret information to get an audience to become interested in what they are talking about. Complex cause made me think about food poisioning because most people blame their sickness on the last thing they ate. But food poisioning symptoms don't occur right away, it could take 3 days before you experience one symptom.
